No Weapon That Is Formed Against Thee
In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee. Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. Our National Prayer
O’ God of purity and peace, God of light and freedom, God of Comfort and joy. We thank you for this great land of hope whose wide doors thou hast opened to so many millions who have struggled with hardship and hunger in the crowded old world. We give thanks to the power that has made and preserved us as a nation.
We ask you to forgive us of our sins and transgressions as a people and as a nation. We give thanks O' God for the many blessings bestowed upon our beloved country. We recognize, Our Father, that you don't see as man sees. We thank you for being no respecter of persons. That is, you do not esteem one of your believers above another.
When troubles arise, we know of no other help that can shield and protect us from the oncoming storms of aggression and oppression. We humbly ask for your continued blessing on our beloved country which has been a beacon to those searching for a better life. Amen

A Prayer to Tear Down Strongholds
Jesus, Lamb of God, worthy is your precious name. Lord, tear down the strongholds in our lives. We cry out to you because we need you, for without you we are nothing. God without man is still God, but man without God is nothing. Help us not just to pray words, but execute the actions to follow. We speak forgiveness, not only in our lives but in the lives of our friends and family as well. We need deliverance and guidance each and everyday. Give us the faith we need, Oh Father, to believe these words as we pray. John 15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” John 16:13 When He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. We want to present our hearts that truly love and trust in you, Oh Lord. Help us to find enough forgiveness and belief to forgive those who’ve hurt us or caused us pain. We love thee, Oh God of our salvation. Aid us as we struggle to keep your commandments. Help us to love as You do, even though we may fall short at times. Oh God, my Strength, my Healer, my Savior, forever! We give you all the praise, honor and glory you deserve, withholding nothing, we surrender all to you. Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. Amen |
Strength to Forgive Others
Holy Lord, With Your forgiveness I am whole again. I praise Your Name! Amen I can’t seem to shake the harm that’s been done to me off my shoulders. I am wallowing in the anger I feel. Lord, I shouldn’t think the vengeful thoughts that I have. You have called me to forgive every single person that wrongs me. I need Your strength to overcome these trespasses against me. Father, I want to forgive these people. Please cast the devil’s evil ways from me. I want to look at these people and see lost souls that need You. I want to forgive them completely so that You can use me however You wish, to be Jesus to them. Father, I am done with holding these grudges! Forgive me for holding on to them. I cast this burden at Your throne now. Do with me as you please Father. I love You and thank you for Your patience with me. Amen Show Your Faith in Everything you do. Sometimes the simplest act can be a profession of your walk with God. You're not always required by God to perform great feats. There are times when the only thing needed is a smile and an acknowledgement that you see another as a creation of God. |
